What if true change wasn't about doing more, but about finally being fully seen and felt?

How working with me is different from what's out there

I believe that unless you know where you are (point A), you can’t truly move toward where you want to be (point B). That’s what real stuckness feels like. Imagine being in a new city: if someone handed you a map with point B marked, the very first thing you’d need to know is your current location—point A. Without that, you can’t begin.

For most of my life, I felt lost and disconnected—from myself, from other people, from life itself. I kept searching for a way to truly understand where I was, because somehow I knew that was the only way to start feeling better and finally move forward. What I eventually found was a very different approach to change than what’s usually out there.

It was never about learning more, being more or pushing myself to do more. That’s why theory and action alone never really create lasting change. Both of those things are neccessary, but not without sustainable ground to stand on. What I discovered goes much deeper: it’s about the way you can be with yourself and relate to yourself when the right environment is present that creates actual change and moves the very essence of who you are forward.

That kind of environment—a safe, supportive space that I hold for you and that we co-create together—naturally allows change to unfold. And as we work together, you’ll learn how to create this for yourself too.

I believe this is the key to living a life that feels truly your own—a life where you finally feel free and in charge of yourself.

What my clients want you to know

More from their hearts to yours ...

“Working with Kristina was a great experience. She was very present engaged and authentic in her work. Her skills in both clinical work and as a coach really shined through as we worked on connecting with my emotions and being in my body while also setting intentions and goals. I also appreciated how well she managed the flow of the session and left intentional time to summarize everything we covered.”
— Sarah (Life Coach)

“I recently had a one-hour session with Kristina, and honestly, it was such a special experience. From the very start, she created a calm and safe space where I felt completely relaxed and comfortable to share. Even though I’ve been seeing another therapist for seven years, I have never felt such a deep connection with my challenges so quickly. With Kristina, it was different.
It felt like my struggles were finally given a place where they could exist, be accepted, and be held with care. The way she guided the conversation was incredible—her thoughtful questions led me exactly to the parts of myself that needed the most attention. Nothing felt forced or heavy; it just flowed naturally, and I felt supported the whole time.
After two and a half years of facing a very personal challenge, for the first time, I actually feel like I can move forward. That’s such a huge step for me, and I’m so grateful. Kristina is not only a wonderful professional but also a warm and deeply understanding person. Working with her was truly a gift, and I hope I’ll get the chance to do it again.”

“Kristina, I am truly grateful that I decided to contact you. You are so warm and dedicated in what you do, and from the very first moment I felt supported—which quickly led to real results. I have invested many years in personal growth and education, but I have never experienced such a deep transformation as I did in just one session with you.

The willpower that has always been with me is now strengthened by a new sense of peace and trust in myself. Parts of me that once felt divided have come together again, and I feel lighter, more relaxed, and inspired to continue my path—now illuminated more clearly than ever. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I can’t wait to take the next step.”
